ABOUT US
Agropecuaria Fraile, S.A. is a meat producer with a history stretching back several generations, whose main objective in its beginnings was the breeding of cattle in pastures and feedlots.
Since 2007, through its cutting and packaging room, it specializes in new meat cuts and sales in different formats, always focusing on quality and presentation in an artisanal manner.
Today, Agropecuaria Fraile, S.A. is nationally and internationally recognised as a leading specialist in lamb, goat and, to a lesser extent, other meat.

RIGOROUS QUALITY CONTROL
Supplier Approval
Regular inspection visits to our suppliers’ fattening farms and slaughterhouses to confirm they meet our quality standards.
Temperature
Strict computerised temperature control at every step of the production process, from product receipt through to customer delivery, to guarantee the integrity of the entire cold chain.
Analysis
Regular analysis of raw materials, finished products and work surfaces. Random sampling of tray gas to confirm packaging quality.
Process hygiene
Achieved through extensive staff training and thorough cleaning of all our facilities, work areas and tools.
Traceability
Every carcass received is examined and classified and any carcass that fails to meet our requirements is rejected. The carcasses must be the right temperature and must be properly labelled.
Our facilities operate under a comprehensive traceability system that allows us to track the origin of each and every one of our products.
Standards & Legislation
We tirelessly strive to offer our customers only the finest-quality meats. To meet this goal we have implemented a Food Safety and Quality Management system based on the Codex Alimentarius principles and the requirements of the internationally recognised IFS Food standard.
As part of our commitment to meeting every customer need we hold halal certification from Spain’s Instituto Islámico and offer a wide variety of halal cuts from halal-certified carcasses.
